	How is this information to be collected?
	On a monthly basis you will be required to collect attendance data from the schools. This, along with the original data collected in the application process, should provide you with the required data. You will be required to send to us on a monthly basis how many students you paid and what you paid. On an annual basis, we will collect data from yourselves and also from the data you send to Scotxed.

	Are current systems within the Local Authorities linked to the secondary schools for the collection of attendance data?
	The Phoenix system can be linked to the schools, as can SEEMIS. In the pilot phase Dundee had to set up a separate system to deal with EMAs and were collecting data manually.

	What information do you need exactly?
	We are sending out a spreadsheet with what we need back on a monthly basis and what we need on an annual basis.

	No, the data is required to trigger payments to the Local Authority from the Scottish Government.

	How is the learning agreement information to be collected?
	As the bonus payments are linked to the learning agreements we will be able to collect information on who has/has not been paid. This will be evaluated through further research.

	What about the data transfer for independent schools?
	Local Authorities will be responsible for administering the programme for independent schools as well. The information is collected manually.
